I absolutely loved the atmosphere and decor of the hostel. It had a cozy and welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people of all ages. The hallways were well-lit and easy to navigate, and there were no stairs to climb, making it convenient and safe for me to move around.

I would have preferred if the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been great to have chairs with backs or even a few bean bags in the common areas for added comfort.

The location of the hostel is in a nice, calm neighborhood near West Lake, which is perfect for evening strolls. There are plenty of good local and international food options available for all budgets. the staff is friendly and speaks great English, providing excellent service.

Always returning here, no regrets. Staff found my forgotten shower bag on my first stay. Perfect place with Free Wi-Fi, AC, bar, restaurant, and pool. Coming back for New Year!

The location of the hostel is great, away from the busy touristy areas but still surrounded by good restaurants and with amazing views of the lake. The dorm rooms are clean and comfortable, with secure lockers and keycard access. The bathrooms are also clean and well-maintained. The hostel has a relaxed and chill vibe, making it easy to meet new people. Additionally, there is a pool and bar area where guests can relax and socialize.

One downside is that some guests have mentioned issues with the breakfast, such as limited options and inconsistent quality.
